This is a softer loaf, with aromatic nutty hints. Made from organic Strong White flour (no.4), organic light malthouse flour (301), 5 seeds blend - malted wheat flakes, barley flakes, sunflower seed, millet and oats, water, Droitwich salt and naturally occurred yeast called Candida Humilis and lactic acid bacteria called Fructilactobacillus Sanfranciscensis.
Water sourced from the Evendine Spring on the Malvern Hills is used by us to feed our three starters: "Matula", "Ceres" and "Malvern".
Natural, baked in the tin and fermented for 36-hrs.
