We are a family run bakery based in Malvern, celebrating good food & health through our natural Sourdough bread.
We ferment our dough for 36h with a combination of organic flours from local miller, water and Droitwich Salt and naturally occurred called Candid Humilis and lactic acid bacteria called Fructilactobacillus Sanfranciscensis.
Water sourced from Evendine Spring on the Malvern Hills is used by us to feed our three sourdough starters "Matula". "Ceres" and "Malvern"
We offer pickup or a FREE delivery service to Malverns, Colwall and Cradley area, Powick, Rushwick, Upper Wick, St. Johnes, WR1 aera.
Ledbury, Bishop Frome, Storridge, Suckley, Leigh Sinton free delivery available on Wednesday. If you are from this area, please place order with Wednesday as a day of delivery.
Upton, Welland, Haney Swan, Hanley Castle, Rhydd, Guarlford free delivery available on Thursday. If you are from this area, please place order with Thursday as a day of delivery.

It take us 36 hours from receiving order till bake, so by letting us know for which day we will be able to process the order, otherwise we will place your order for first available baking day.
Once you've picked the item you want for the upcoming bake day, simply checkout and choose your shipping method (either pickup or free delivery to the local area).

In order to cope with demand, we have created designated pickup slots in the afternoon. Breads baked for collection are available to pick up in the afternoon slot range between 12pm - 3pm, or to arrange later collection please specify in the note when ordering your bread.
If you order with delivery option, your bread will be delivered to you between 10am - 5pm, it depends on how many orders we have to deliver.
