We use locally sourced, organic, and at times wild-farmed ingredients, to support the health of individuals and the planet. Many of our recipes have been passed down through generations; we keep these traditions alive with every loaf.
Our expertise doesn’t stop at bread; our talented team specialise in many schools of baking- from mouth-watering focaccia, delicious sandwiches and fluffy ciabatta, to patisserie, buns and delicious cakes.
Beyond serving individual customers, we proudly cater to trade customers too. We collaborate with local restaurants, B&Bs, private events and talented chefs, providing them with delectable baked goods and baking support.
For weddings and special occasions, immerse yourself in the cultural richness of our traditional cakes and cherished Polish delights. We pour love and care into each cake, decorating seasonally and infusing each with the essence of nature. Every baked good is handcrafted with attention and care, using time-tested recipes and expert techniques.
One of the highlights of visiting our bakery is the opportunity to witness the entire sourdough bread-making process. All our products are made on site, and as you step into our bakery, you'll be welcomed by the aroma of freshly baked bread.
